Great day to cross

Came through San Ysidro at 11 this morning - no cars in SENTRI and about 3 cars in the regular lanes. Guess everyone was still sleeping it off . . .

HNY! :bounce:

OK I'm jealous.

Yeah, that sounds great!!!

Has anyone been crossing up into the US via Tecate lately? I was planning on coming home that way, and never have done it. Has it been "smooth" there lately?

The Tecate crossing on weekends runs about 15-20 minutes. Weekdays is about 8 minutes.

Any holiday in the US is great to cross, in the morning that is.
Tecate has been fine, and totally stress free. Every one is in the same line!!

My son was crossing back from Mexicali last night at 2am and it took 2 hours before he got back across. His girlfriend and her family took him to visit their relatives in Mexicali for a night of music, eating, dancing, joking, and of course drinking but since his to be mother-in-law drinks maybe 2 all night she be the one doing the driving. Now, that is a good way to travel without having to worry about putting yourself or someone else at risk due to partying too much. My friend goes and comes from Tecate at least once or twice every two weeks and has also had no problems with any long lines in crossing. Later========bajafun777
