sounds like an interesting group - they use volunteer pilots.

sure am.
met several of their pilots over the years including Dr. Crenshaw who had one of the homes south end of PSFO for years.
Liga is a top flight medical charity organization and they usually make multi day trips to the mainland from calif with the members.
volunteer, you will have a blast.

I checked out their site with that intention, but it appears most of their volunteers have some type of medical or nursing or translation experience.
Also, I have limited time - maybe just once per year would I be able to go with them. I'd like to be able to fully commit to their goals if I got
involved - maybe even get some type of medical training. I would love to do this.

WELL FLYING SAMS IS always good about taking non med volunteers, just to help out. check out a chapter near you or Aero Medicos at Santa Barbera area.
