The tails are going NUTZ in the bay right now. We launched our car toppers at La Gringa and only had to go out for a couple of hours to catch &
release your fill. There is some nice sized tails deep in the rocks that hit the blue / white salas 6X like it was fish crack. This was some of the
best action I have experienced at this time of year since I was a kid. My boys were even catching firecrackers at the surface 100 yards from shore in
the 12 footer! Roads are all good going in. There was an endless stream of cars heading south from Chula Vista all the way to Ensenada, glad I got out
just in time!

What was the temperature of the water and also the visibility? Were there any other "surface" species being caught? You say you launched at la
gringa, did you also camp there? fishin rich
