This is great! No more wire transfer fees. Thanks Reeljob.DianaT - 1-16-2009 at 05:27 PM
Wondering how expensive your property taxes are down there. We could not believe how cheap they are in Bahia Asuncion and wondered if it is just
because of the rural area.
Last year ours were less than $50.00.
Just curious.

I've always paid through The Settlement Company and it runs about $83.00 US a year plus the wire transfer. I just have a parcel, no structure.Reeljob - 1-16-2009 at 05:41 PM
Just for giggles, on my condo in CSL and the garage (they call that two parcels) its just under 300. usdkarenintx - 1-16-2009 at 05:47 PM
We also paid with credit card this year...$118 USD for a condo that is one block from Medano Beach & the Mall.BajaGringo - 1-16-2009 at 06:03 PM
I am sure that you all feel quite "guilty" for paying so little relative to what you paid for property outside. I am going to punish myself with a
couple of Cadillacs...

Yeah, I'm feeling pretty guilty myself. Some punishment might be in order, after all, it IS Friday night...BajaGringo - 1-16-2009 at 07:03 PM
