It's encouraging at least that we are sharing our knowledge base and research facilities with the Mexican scientists on this. Change is more likely to
occur when they understand and believe their own problems. So far there's been a lot of denial.
I suppose with the drug violence and economic woes the sea of cortez is not a great priority right now.
