For the past two days, I've had trouble leaving messages on Mexican cell phones. If the owner doesn't pick up, the call drops into the automated
attendant announcing, "Su llamada ha transferido al buzon de voz."
But it disconnects the call right after that with a three-tone sound like you get when you dial a number that doesn't exist. This has happened when
dialing from my US cell, a Mexican cell phone and Skype. Skype and my US Cell then display a message the "the call is not allowed."
No problems if the owner picks up. The call is connected as normal.

I always have had the problem of leaving messages on cell phones as there is very little space left on the plastic cases to write a message.
