This is where the Agua Verde road first reaches the sea, a few miles north of Agua Verde.wilderone - 1-23-2009 at 10:15 AM
This is the ultimate in a developer's "vision" - a joke really. But sadly, there will be a lot of the natural environment destroyed before the
entrails of the development are discarded and left for the buzzards.
This guy lives(ed) in the area and wrote about the "development" and the "developer" Robi for a few years and then nada?
One wonders what became of Don Daveed?
Hey wilder! I was just reading this guys stories. Weird how they just stopped.

Oh, by the way, this might be Loreto Bay #5. LB, Villas, San Bruno, Marriot and this place.
And more to follow. Remember, all of the coastline here is slated for foreign control: resorts, hotels, time shares or private homes. You'll need a
boat to get to a beach. And this in a country whose constitution bans foreign ownership of ocean-front property.Crusoe - 1-23-2009 at 05:51 PM
For years and years this spot was the highlight stop for the Green Turtle Bus Tours. Truly a great location lacking nothing. ++C++Paula - 1-23-2009 at 09:24 PM

I don't think so...I've seen the bus up top a few times. A former driver lives in Asuncion...I'll ask him next time I'm down there but I think the
people are shuttled down.Phil S - 1-25-2009 at 04:19 PM
We've visitedd A.V. many times, and they did keep extended vans 'up top', and did shuttle them down. Last time we drove down, we went to the
'village' and had a great lunch. Though they did have to walk to the tienda to get Cokes for us??? Stopped and viewed two new homes being built on
the bluff overlooking the bay.
