For you Ford diesel guys/gals. Got it from another group.
Good to isolate a bad injector or injector washers on your 6.0. Some dealers are R&R'ing them all to test.
You can pin it down to a side by disconnecting the fuel lines going to each
head at the fuel filter, securing balloons to the ends of the lines, then
cranking the engine over (remove the gray realy from the small realy/fuse
box by the master cylinder to keep the engine from starting). Whichever
balloon starts to inflate is the side with the problem. You then remove all
but one glow plug from that side and repeat the test, moving the glow plug
from cylinder to cylinder. The cylinder(s) with the problem will only
inflate the ballon when the glow plug is installed at that hole. At that
point the injector(s) need to be removed from that head and vacuum tested
for a leak and the o-rings and washers, and the injector sleeve, inspected
for damage..

Having a warantee on your vehicle isn't much of a comfort in Baja.
If your broke down 600 miles south of the border with an issue that cannot be solved in Mexico you have one big pain in the a** problem.

Good point... I have a great mechanic in Baja who did a great job on all my injectors on my 84 diesel. The problem is that he is Mexicali.. I

Yes, I have the warranty, plus bumper to bumper but as Ken stated that's not much comfort 600 miles or even 50 miles below the border.
I think I'm going to build a big Tow Bar for my truck and stick my thumb out for an equal sized truck to get me back to the states in the event of a
breakdown...
Oh, and I'll only be keeping it until the 100K warranty expires...
