Nude Sunbathing in Baja

Anyone know what the regulations are on nude sunbathing on the beaches in Baja?
How about partial nudity? As in top-less, g-string, thong, or any combination thereof.

Bet you thought there would be a photo attached here, didn't you?

I know of a great beach in Asuncion that is known for epic nude sunbathing

Years ago we were camped on a beach at Conception Bay. It was Easter week-----lots of Mexicans and gringos camping along the shore that week. A young gringo couple just down the beach from us was sunbathing nude----------5 Mexican men from a camp next to ours walked down the beach with machetes in their hands to "talk" to the couple. Next thing we knew the gringo man had his swim suit on, but the women was still nude---------I think we observed a "double standard" here.

It depends how many people are doing the nude sunbathing, partying, in public view of children, etc. If there are no children around, a large number doing it, and nobody being involved in inappropriate things on the beach while nude have seen nobody screaming about it. It is not very oftern that you run into total nudity it is usually the topless thing for the women and thongs, thongs, thongs, are always OK<OKK!! Now, that doesn't mean that if you are by yourself with your girlfriend off on a secluded beach that if soldiers or federal cops come upon you they won't take you in. So, I guess the best answer is do so at your own risk but if you do so try to do it with a very large group. Now, I use to, I said use to, have some pictures of these nude sunbathers that people emailed me but I did not look at them that closely to see what beaches they may have been at Later----------------------- bajafun777

I fail to see where the big difference is anymore between the tiny suits some women wear and total nudity. I mean it's only about 4 or 5 square inches of material anymore.

Not that I would be complaining, mind you...

Been a few places were nude sun bathing was considered normal. Lots of European topless beaches. Still found that most folks who shed their attire would be much more pleasing to the eye if they stayed fully clothed, as not to embarrass the regular populace. Some could even improve on that by wearing a nun habit.

To try to get an eyefull of the candy usually portrayed in magazines, you would have to travel far and wide.

On Saint Martin Island and St. Bart all of the beaches are nude and I can definately say the whole run of each beach. I say that because I was just astonished when these young hard bodies walked out to where I was sitting drinking a cold one of course, stripped off and layed out right by me and me without a camera the world just isn't fair sometimes. I got up after watching them to see if they were going to stay in such undress by me without even a word of excuse me do you mind. I then walked the the whole beach and sure enough everyone just about totally naked and running into the ocean jumping up and down laughing etc., well something like that to the best that I can remember. Yes, the next day I took my camera but when I got home these pictures disappeared off my camera. I have a strong guess I know someone that I have been with for 34 years had something to do with it!! Several years ago I went on a trip to Spain.In Spain it is no big deal,right in the hotel at the swimming pool there was topless bathing.At first it was pretty exciting,but after a while it is just another beach.You could tell which one were the American women,they were the ones with the red boobs. It's like looking at a magazine "YOU CAN SEE THEM,BUT YOU CAN'T TOUCH THEM"

I've been all over Mexico and I have rarely found a "nude" beach. As Shari pointed out.. Nudism is illegal in Mexico.

If you are really looking for a nude beach in Mexico.. find a remote one.. or got Zipolite beach on the mainland.

I've been to several beaches, Playa del Carmen, etc.. etc.. where European tourism is frequent where toplessness is not frowned upon.. in fact.. it is usually smiled upon. If your a guy.. keep your shorts on or get a hotel room..

Not touching that one with a ten foot pole...

I've always wondered why it's such a big to some about seeing nude sunbathers at a beach! I'm talking about 'sunbathing' here, not socially unacceptable activities.


IMHO, if you don't like looking at 'nude' bodies - don't look! That seems to be the 'European' attitude, as you'll see a mixture of clothed and non clothed sunbathers on many beaches there...now what's wrong with that?

My question is why you look for a nude beach when there are so many around that are 99% nude???

I could look at this all day. If I wasn't married of course...

I'm too old to be so picky...

That ladies "flowers" are definately in full bloom.
