A serious surface high pressure has taken hold over here along the Sonoran coast, judging by the fact that we actually have significant clouds passing
over with 18% humidity. Strong winds out of the east; what we used to call a Santa Ana in SoCal. Absolutely beautiful out.
It's 81.2 degrees right now, within 3° of today's predicted high.
I am thinking it will be exceeded.................

BTW, we have areas of 72 degree water over here already. It's been the warmest winter the old timers can remember.
AL said it would be like this..................Russ - 3-5-2009 at 06:11 AM
Not quite so warm here this morning.

Russ or Roger, any idea what water temps are over there? Inshore and offshore?Pompano - 3-5-2009 at 06:27 AM
Damn Hook, we were out all day Tuesday and never once looked at the water temp. It was not that kind of fishing trip and we targeted the bottom. It
is warming, though, and I'd guess the same as your water at 70 plus.Russ - 3-5-2009 at 06:55 AM
64º +/-Hook - 3-5-2009 at 06:59 AM

Hook, when you moved to Sonora, you thought that you wouldn't be posting here anymore (if I recall correctly)... It is actually quite interesting to
hear your observations from 'across the pond'!
Thank you Sonora Nomad!makana.gabriel - 3-5-2009 at 12:24 PM
Hey Russ,
Where did you get that great water temp chart?Russ - 3-5-2009 at 12:32 PM
SHHHHH !! I don't think I'm suppose to duplicate /copy it.
Here's the address: http://forums.bajanomad.com/viewthread.php?tid=37440&pag...
It's a pay to use service put I think it is well worth it. I think you can get a free month to play with it. Not just water temps but trip planner and
GPS location and distance from here to there & much more. And when you order it and use me as a reference I get 2 free months!
