It looks like they set out to to do a fair story about crime dropping off- but they visited on the day "Matt" was found in TJ.
They interviewed spring breakers arriving by cruise ship (???), the mayor and even rode along in a Rosarito Beach police car. Although Rosarito was
hoping this story would help with spring break tourism- it thinkit probably did the opposite. They were better off keeping all the focus on Juarez.

Cruise ship must have been Ensenada. even then, it's only a day trip.
Unfortunately...

The kids who come to Rosarito don't care about bad publicity. For the next 6 weeks I'll avoid the place like the plague.
Not that I go there much anyways.

(CNN) A U.S. citizen was among the three decapitated bodies found earlier this week in Tijuana, Mexican authorities said Saturday.
The Tijuana attorney generals office identified the man as Jorge Natividad Norman Harrison, 45, who ran a pizzeria in El Mirador, in Tijuana. The

Mexican officials, in a written statement, said they found firearms and more than 100 valium pills in a search of Herreras business.
