I spent so much time looking at this pic of the March 23rd sunrise, I forgot to post it...so here's what that looked like.

I liked the pinks in this one, God, thanks. I will take that as a hint to use my 'hot pink' Mirrolure more often.

Great photo, Roger!

A group of 12 from The Orchard kayaked Coyote yesterday. We paddled out to the island in the photo. Lots of great rock structure and kelp under the kayaks. Lots of fish and many many stingrays. On the other side of the island is a nice sandy beach. There was no wind and the water was like glass. The temperature got to
89f. It was just another beautiful day in paradise.

On a negative note, we saw a huge trawler fishing in the Bahia. They wiped out all species of fish a few years ago and they are starting to come back. And now the b*****ds are in there scraping the bottom again. It is supposed to be illegal for them to be in there, but the only attentionbeing given to fishing regulations is the increased rousting of gringo fishing boats who only pull the fish up one at a time and we also obey the limits of 5 of any species. :fire:

Sounds like a wonderful day in the bay, Tony.

Er...about that nice sandy beach...it's called Dead Dog Beach. Did you see the gravemarker..and a few champagne bottles?

There are a couple of rules to visiting that beach.

The custom is that only lovers go ashore there...and anyone on that beach must be nude.

So..do you have some photos of your bunch?
