Chat Room Options

Just wondering if this Forums control panel, or options allows for and open chat room to be added on?
Seems like there's lots of people on at once that could possibly give it some traffic.
Yes there stuff like Windows Mess., yahoo... but you sometimes have outside traffic, not to mention how those programs integrate into your PC.
