mIRC and on-line chat forum and it's not bulky and consuming on your PC. It can be custom set to your needs or better yet, you can regulate who comes
in and out by setting passwords.
I used to spend lots of time on it with my gaming Clan.
Some of these "Forums" can also have a chat room configured, or link them to IRC.
So hey Shari,,,what's the server address you use on IRC?
How are you guys doing down there? We're busier than a three legged cat in a room full of rocking chairs.

OK, I found the chat room which is accessed on the main Home Page of Baja Nomads. I feels so silly
