At the check point south of Ensenada the other day they were lining up 4 cars at a time and then walking next to the cars with some sort of handheld
electronic thing. The soldier walked up the line of cars and then back down looking at the instrument. He then let us through and did the same with
the next set of 4.

Some how I think it can detect Drugs. Possibly similar to the device they us on the US side in Secondary inspection, but I'm just guessing. Could also
