I still have one of the original "MAGIC MILLS" that use a pair of stones to grind meal (corn, wheat, coffee) I think it would make an excellent
commercial corn-meal grinder for making home tortillas, It grinds about 8 liters at a time in various grings from very fine to exremely course. Is is
in new condition and worked well for the ten months we used it for making bread. It is exremely heavy, but I would be willing to take it too Ensenada
at the end of June. I have seen them for sale between $450.00 US to $650.00 US on e-bay.
I can probably take a photo of it if you wish. But most people familiar with mills agree that the "MACIC MILL" is by far the top of the line.
It's great way to start a totilleria.
