The Mega Comercial in Rosarito was slammed with business, locals and gringos.
My checkout line had an American in front who wanted to argue about the price of his small bag of ice (I was embarrassed and shaking my head at this
bit of ugliness), but the funny thing is that he forgot to get his change and the employees called him back, very repeatedly and emphatically, since
he didn't understand Spanish, to make sure that he got what he was due.
Behind me there was a group of gregarious Aussies, heading south to camp and surf. They asked if I lived here and I replied, yes. They were

This was taken about a year ago. Not many Gringo's then. Great place for a seafood meal. (Just north of the old Fox Movie Studios)
