We are from the area, to the best of my knowledge they closed, so we now use Ensenada Hot Tubs for our supplies.

Ensenada Hot Tubs is on the Reforma, south of Ensenada, pretty close to the Joker if memory serves.

I have not found a pool/spa supply company in Rosarito. There is a pool supply storer in TJ on Bvd Aguas Calientes. I can usually find pool
chemicals (shock,chlorine, etc) at Mexican Home Depot and sometimes at CostCo in TJ. Sorry I couldn't help more.
