Here is how to do it. Husk a coconut leaving the nut intact. Freeze the nut with the soft spot on top, it may help to put a little tray under it. The water will separate from the milk, freeze to a slush, expand, and perfectly pop off the top of the nut. Open it, scoop out the water slush leaving the milk. Re-fill with a good dark Rum. As I said, To Die For.

Skeet/Loreto - 5-26-2009 at 03:27 PM

Can you supply documentation for that calorie claim?!?

Aw, what the heck, it sounds yummy and it's less then an MGD 68 or whatever that lite beer company is. And I do like the rummy-thing, (maybe add a splash of OJ to the mix.......)

capt. mike - 5-27-2009 at 05:55 AM

i'm thinking the 38 calories is only cola?

the rum should be about 100 cals per an ounce and a 1/2. the alcohol becomes sugar in your liver.

DENNIS - 5-27-2009 at 06:06 AM

The "endless weekend." Very cool. SALUD

BajaGringo - 5-27-2009 at 06:50 AM

Who counts calories when they're drinking? Seems kind of like ruining the moment to me...

mulegemichael - 5-27-2009 at 07:36 AM

vodka con hielo y limon...mucho!

Phil S - 5-27-2009 at 09:17 AM

Bajanuts. I think so. The product is Soda Club. Cola is the syrup. Nutrition Facts label says 34 calories with 8 oz. Coke says 100 calories for 8 oz.?????Sodium l.8mg and Coke says 35 g. Look it up under www.sodaclub.com There is a large variety of flavors. (no I don't own any stock in the company, nor do I know anyone who financially benefits from my telling about this product) I just love the taste, and the fewer calories, and one syrup container makes 48 servings. That's a bunch of Rum & Cola's for me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Holiday Drinking

MrBillM - 5-27-2009 at 11:53 AM
