love the eye shot...looks like they may have had some scrapes with killer whales by some of those "comb" scars.

It looks like you were in the water too with the dolphin shots. How did you take those without getting any reflection from the surface of the water-
not even a ripple!BMG - 5-28-2009 at 08:37 PM
Very nice. It's always fun getting up close and personal with these amazing animals.rpleger - 5-29-2009 at 09:28 AM
The last foto is a Dolphin fish also known as Dorado or Maihi Maihi.

Wonderful!
I love the little babies that race alongside their mommas.
They are so tiny and pink-bellied little sweethearts!

Don,
Almost like you operated the camera underwater with a remote, unless you were down there with the fishes.
I think you're waiting for this inquiry.
Explain, please!!Don Alley - 5-29-2009 at 04:39 PM

I have a small bowsprit on my panga. I took the shots from there, moving at probaly 7-8 knots. The water was glassy calm. And I have a nice Nikon D40
camera that makes me look like I know what I'm doing, as long as people don't also see the dozens of shots I trash for each one I keep.
