We are camped in San Carlos now and would like to get up to Scorpion Bay next week if the roads are good enough for pulling a tent trailer without
huge potholes and rough unpaved roads. All help appreciated.
FYI- San Carlos, though a little too cool for us Bahia Concepcion folks, is a wonderful and friendly town for campers. We are on a beach just north
from town between town and the power plant. Great spot and pretty much to ourselves....but don't know what Sunday will bring.
Thanks for any road help

it's paved most of the way. if you can't make it, there's something wrong....... just go, you'll see.
Insurgentes to San Juanico

I drove it last Thursday, May 28th: As you are driving from Insurgentes towards the La Poza Grande turnoff, there are many potholes in sections. The
road crew was filling them in, but there are quite a few..so be careful. No problem pulling your trailer...if you take your time. From the La Poza
Grande turnoff to the San Juanico turnoff...no problems at all. On the dirt road portion; the road crew was on the job grading and watering it down,
so I would assume it is still in good shape asof today, June 4th. You should have no problem pulling your trailer in. Once you hit the asphalt for the
last ten miles, you'll be in great shape. Again, just take your time.
