Guadalupe Canyon

Saturday I'm heading down for a month long trip. I was planing on making Guadalupe Canyon our first stop but I can't seem to contact anyone there. I tried emailing canyonman Rob and haven't got a response. Ernestos web site states that his camp will be closed until September. Has anyone been there in the the last month or know what the situation is? Oh yeah should I just go there any way even if I can't get a hold of anyone?

Arturo is there full time, per my email from Rob (I posted here on Nomad)... Rob said El Dorado and Castillo have water... Just pay Arturo if that's true...

Agreed... the beauty of Arturo's was that there were so many camping sites with hot tubs... Perhaps just a camp site will be enough or he can traver further south to Palomar Canyon for it hot pool? See posts by BajaCat on Palomar.
