Tropical Depression Possible

A cluster of showers and thunderstorms, located a few hundred miles south-southwest of Manzanillo, Mexico, will have to be monitored over the next few days for possible development. A low pressure system has now formed within this area of showers and thunderstorms. The low is located near 15 north and 106 west, moving slowly west-northwestward. Recent satellite imagery has shown increasing thunderstorm activity to the western side of the low. Satellite imagery from QuikScat also shows sustained winds of 20-25 knots on the western side. Wind shear that has inhibited the low has now subsided, which may allow the low to become a tropical depression over the next day or two

It rained at 5:55 am this morning for 2 minutes in Todos Santos.
Doubt it had anything to do with this DP.
