Is the one with the red beak a mud hen in heat? You know like the frigate birds puff up red when mating.

Red billed one is a common moorhen - Gallinula cloropus.
White billed is an American coot - Fulica americana.
The grebe is either a Western grebe - Aechmophorus occidentalis or a Clark's grebe - Aechmophorus clarkii, probably the former.
