whoa....that sounds like a fun cruise indeed!...wonder if I can wangle an invitation....but I'll be busy with fishers then snafooing dorado, tuna and YT!

Snafooing?

zforbes - 6-21-2009 at 07:19 AM

Yikes Shari, is snafooing related to SNAFU? (Situation Normal, All F...ed Up). Please say it isn't so! :o

shari - 6-21-2009 at 07:51 AM

Hmmm...let me think about that one.....umm...hmmm...I guess that could apply to me:lol::lol::lol:

OK, I'll say it isnt so and will rephrase it to...how about....tricking dorado into appearing on our sashimi plate....I'll have to brush up on my fish slicing as we've had a long break in the action. Every time Zoe came over or asked what I was doing....the usual...slicing sashimi.

Should be Fun!

My last cruise out of Popotla... started out a lot of fun...

Then there was a bit of a SNAFU

Graham - that's funny!

You guys know about Graham's appearance in the movie Titanic?

David K - 6-23-2009 at 09:19 AM

Yah, it is more fun to watch Titanic when you have a friend who is in the movie! Graham's red hair helps to spot him in other scenes, too... like at the ending when Kate returns to be with the one she loves.

BajaGeoff - 6-23-2009 at 10:45 AM

Super cool....now I have to watch it again so I can check out that scene!

David K - 6-23-2009 at 06:23 PM

'Mrs. Graham': Bonni... and her kids are in the movie, too...

Graham - 6-23-2009 at 11:02 PM

Son, daughter and Bonni on the left... me on the right.

They ended up in a lifeboat and on the Carpathia... I, of course, being an honorable chap, went down with the ship. In fact, I was first filmed as a frozen corpse in the water.

Little wonder I haven't signed up for a cruise since!

Wow, never knew about the Titanic stuff. Incredible. That's fantastic. Another reason to see it again.
