Got a question for some friends of mine (really). They are in the middle of selling their property/Casa, their Fidio reads 50/50 as co-owners, one
of the owners feels they deserve more, the other feels it needs be split 50/50. How does this work when selling in Mexico?? Just curious on how ugly

the only fair solution is that one buy from the other 50%.
When there is discordance between partners on the value of something both can write secretely on a piece of paper (possibly with a witness) what they
think is the most correct value of the property. Sum the two prices and divide it by 2. Who quoted higher is the buyer at middle price and who quoted
lower is the seller.
A) Value 80
B) Value 60
Result = A buy from B at 70
Both parties have to be solvent to avoid problems since it could happen that B quote 100 and become the buyer at 90...........
In case you have already a third party buyer at 65 and B is already willing to sell at that price A has the right of first refusal at 65 and buy the
other 50%.
If he does not have the cash he has to accept B decision to sell at 65 and accept the 50% split.

They have not even put it on the market yet, one of them does not want to sell because of the economy (wants to wait a year or 2). Can one sell if
