I just learned that my brother-in-law's, brother was killed in an auto accident somewhere around Ensenada or Rosarito yesterday. His name was Gary
and I think he lived in Mision in a condo on the ocean side. I am desperate for any information. If you know anything, please send me a pm. Thanks.
