Last time I was down in Feb. there was extensive road work being done on Hwy. 3 outside of Ensenada. There were some posts shortly thereafter, but
nothing since.
I'm planning on crossing at Tecate in a week (en route to BOLA ) and wanted to check on the conditions. Can anyone provide the current status of this
road work?
