We have been using our BofA ATM card at Santander Bank for cash withdrawals for a couple of years now with no transaction fees. Apparently, BofA is
now going to start charging 1% for cash withdrawals at Santander. We checked online with BofA and it is apparently true.
Anyone else get this notification?

We recently found the section on line that refers to B of As right to charge 1% at the Santanders. This section also specifically states that...."This
International Transaction Fee will appear as a separate item on your banking statement for each international transaction."
So far, we have not seen this itemized on our online statements. We did an ATM withdrawal on 6/24 with no indication of it.
Our paper statement should be arriving next week. I'll let you know.

Our new paper statement was posted online on 6/22. There were no charges for withdrawals at that point.
