Water Tank

drzura - 6-29-2009 at 01:26 PM

Hello. At my place in San Lucas, I have a 125 gallon water tank in the shed. I would like to purchase another one, hook them in tandem to double my water capacity. The water tank would have to fit through a door that measures about 33" x 60". I will be driving down on the 18th of July. Does anyone know where I would be able to pick one up?

In Home Depot Rosarito or Ensanada,if in Mx. Not to many in the states handle Water Tanks.

You would be better off buying the tank in Santa Rosalia, it would probably be a 600 Liter.

I would prefer to get it in Santa Rosalia. I am just hoping that they will have one that will fit through my door. Guess I will find out when I get down there.

IMHO you should have a tank large enough to accept a full truck and more

its commonly the same price to have 3500 gallons delivered
as it is 500 gallons

its ALL labor...
the water is almost free:light:

heck...we go thru 125 gallons in 12 hours:lol:

with normal living each person uses 50 gallons a day
flushing
bathing
washing cloths
washing hands
etc
etc

drzura gets fresh water every other day thru the municipal system. No need to store a humungous amount.

However, Santa Rosalia will carry the type tank you need. All different sizes and you should be able to find one that fits inside that small shed.
