Hello
Can anyone please give advice on private schools in the cabo area? I know of El Camino School the website does not give much info. I am really
looking for an english based school with of course spanish lessons. Any information would be much appreciated!
Thank you!

Hi Sarah,
We decided to go with K12 International Academy for our high schooler. It is fully accredited on-line program. We like it because is very challenging
for the kids and we get to see the daily progress, you also have teacher support system and extra curricular activities ( my daughter writes for he
school news paper, works on the yearbook and belongs to the international club). They also offer foreign languages and they offer curriculum for all
grades k-12. Check out their website @ www.k12.com/int, if you dont find a private school you like. Good luck

It works like those old language audio tapes, you listen to it and reapeat phrases, vocabulary, etc. only it's a little more advance with the computer
you ad visual and even recording your voice for comparison. It similar to Rossetta Stone.

Thank you Mariz for your suggestion-this certainly sounds like it would be an interesting alternative.

I have friends who have children in MacGregor and they are very happy with their education. One just graduated....She had to discuss Shakespeare in
Spanish for her final.

I know a number of Mexicans who send their kids to McGregor. I don't know how good it is, but they claim it is the best.

What ages are your children? My daughter lives there (El Tule) and has a 3 yr. old and a five yr. old. They go to a private school , wear the uniforms,
must have braids, etc.She seems very happy with the school.I will get back to you with the school info .

Sarah,
When we lived in Baja my daughter was in 2nd grade. We home schooled her through Oak Meadows, as well as sent her to a collegio, a private school. She
had the best of both worlds.
Good luck,
