June 22, 2009 Drove Loreto to La Paz – 223 Miles 3 ˝ hours. Stayed at Posada de Las Flores, a nice small Boutique Hotel right on Malecon with
Mexican décor that included a delicious full breakfast. Ate dinner at Buffalos, receiving a complimentary glass of wine. Excellent service and food
was cooked on a open fire grill. La Paz was much more than Mexican fishing village, very much geared towards tourists.
Note - Driving Speed on straight stretches was whatever the speed limit sign said, but in miles per hour instead of kilometers per hour. Please do not
lecture, I was not the driver. Driving times and distances are based on our GPS and do not include times when we were stopped for gas, food or
