Do you happen to know what was the last year this mission was actually used...???
Have you heard anything about the supossely missing mission of Santa Maria (I think), wich is described in some jesuits logs....??

The govt. of Mexico secularized the California and Baja California missions in 1833. The last Dominican left La Frontera in 1849, but people continued
to live at Rosario. We have discussed the myths of the lost Jesuit missions on this forum quite a bit, and the mythic missions did not exist.
