Now I'm really confused. Cops killing Feds? The cop killers in Rosarito and hand grenades. What is going on here?

Actually if you stop and think this through. It is not that surprising. ++C++

I have read that the shooting war in the "drug eradication program" -- LOL -- is not so much between the authorities and the cartels as it is between the police and the military, each trying to assert dominance over the other in their profitable relationship with the cartels.

This bullchit isn't going to end until drugs are treated like alcohol when Prohibition was repealed by FDR in the early 'thirties. But that's not going to happen because too many powerful people make too much money with the status quo as it is and will not permit any meaningful change that might actually work. Government isn't government, it's a gosh darnn Kabuki dance, strictly show business to con the unwashed (us) into thinking an effort is being made to address the problem.

Where in any of those articles did you read about cop killers in Rosarito with hand grenades? Or is this just a continuation of your sensationalizing matters to make you look more important?

Little by little. Latest trial balloon is by LA City Council member Janice Hahn who has proposed a city tax on medical pot. With the financial crisis and the need for revenues, we may be approaching a perfect storm. As Jazz said, the brutal criminal activity is not going to be eradicated as long as the product they are trafficking is illegal.

Instead of challenging everybody you don't agrere with, why not try reading the Mexican newspapers? One just cannot get a fair and balanced view when the only newssource is the bartender at Rene's Sports Bar.

I agree with Gull, if you are going to the effort of posting why not do a "translate with Live Search" and post in English since a lot of us here use it as our main language...

:lol::lol: gracias amigo! "You can't fix stupid" and it doesn't take advanced lanuage kills to figure out "tres granadas" means "three grenades" does it? I'm sure he has no problem spitting out "tres cervezas!"
