Yesterday on the Peninsular newspaper the director of GAP (Grupo Aeroportuario del Pacifico) declared that this winter Volaris will start making stops
to La Paz in their flights from Toluca and Guadalajara to Oakland and Los Angeles.
That would connect two areas of 30 million people each with stops in La Paz.
Still no official announcement by the airline anyway.
At moment on Volaris website are selling tickets from La Paz with change of plane in Toluca or Guadalajara but doubt anybody would go South 2 hours to
go North another 4 hours............things will be different when the airline will start adding up the direct stop
and also Alaska Airline will have to reconsider the charge of 15$ for first bag and 25$ to second bag.

From another source, Volaris will start OAK-TIJ-LAP and LAP-TIJ-OAK starting the end of August.
