Yes, that is one of the things I miss and love about Summer in Miraflores.
I never thought of making drinks with my watermelon/strawberry tasting cacti...

They are lovely and very deserty...a true baja concoction.

No, you didn't. We haven't been there when they are in season. They were selling them along the road in El Triumfo when we came down July 5th. Don't
know how long they were available before that but they are looking a bit old now. It gets hotter sooner down here.
We also bought a bag of mango's in San Bartolo. They have a bumper crop this year.
I'll share my recipe if you share yours.....dt
