According to... The Natl. Weather Service... There is an upper level low that extends from Alaska to central Calif. that is creating record breaking
heat waves in Wash., Ore, and N. Calif..This low is prventing cool marine air to come onshore. ....For today and tomorrow Seattle will reach 100
degrees(tying or setting new records) and cool into the 90's by the weekend.Weather records have been recorded at Seatac Airport weather station, and
go back to 1948. The average temp for this date is 77 degrees.Oh, how nice it would be to see some clouds and rain. ++C++

Oh, the irony. A low pressure system is responsible for hot temps in the Seattle area.
Hook - 7-29-2009 at 09:55 AM
Oh yeah, 90/55% at 9:50am MST. Mucho viento, maybe 15-20 kts.
Pretty nice day for puttering around on projects. I'm ditching my CCV filter on the boat and going with a tube from a valve cover to an innocuous
collection can. Tired of paying Volvo prices for air filters.
Bring it on, OXXO..................

Hook....When in Mexico...Do as a Mexican!....If you start paying full retail for Volvo Marine parts in Mexico you might as well kiss your retirement
away and go back to work. ++C++

Record highs are being set all over Vancouver Island in BC Canada. I live in northern BC and it was over 100 F yesterday, just under that right
now,The hot weather is all the way from Alaska and The Yukon down to California.

Hey Ricardo.....Ever heard of "GLOBAL WARMING"? ++C++
Ricardo - 7-29-2009 at 07:55 PM
Yes I have, The earth has gone through many warm and cold sessions, and will continue to for thousands of years to come, some of the records being
broken are actually very old(as far as records go) (1940s). So it as pretty hot way back then as well.
