I enjoy the restaurant "Otra Vez" in Los Barriles. It will take about 5 1/2 hours.

Try La Palma taco stand, up the street from Tio's and Marie's, next to Corona store in Buena Vista for her papas !

I would second Otra Vez - Have always enjoyed the food there! A little pricey but always great!
