This is the fourth race in a series promoted within the Municipio de Mulege.
The circuit is represented by the major towns in the municipality and governed centrally in Mulege. Races are open to everyone, but club members
compete for points. Score rules are followed. At the last race (Vizcaino) there were over 120 racers signed up.
