This pic is 250 m resolution, you can see all the smoke plumes, plus the red lined areas represent fires that are still burning. Yesterday the whole
sierra was full of smoke from fires near Colonet and one small one at a ranch close to us.
Sure could use some rain!

Jimena might be the answer to your prayers. she should stay offshore but pull up alot of moisture over the area.
