I heard there was a big town meeting
for gringos yesterday in Mulege.
Is the gov relocating the gringos off the river?
Are they providing funds?
Anyone there that knows?

We are waiting anxiously to hear about a time line for the restoration of power and water to Mulege and the surrounding areas. Am hoping that this
