I am interested in renting long term in Rosarito. I want ocean view and access, ac, washer-dryer, fireplace if possible, and have a yorkshire terrier.
I would like to see pictures of the listed property and discuss terms.

Hello Suzzane, house is in a Gated Community but ocean view is blocked by high trees. House is 150 yards walking from the House without going out of
gated community, Access to beach is community private access , beach is a public beach. There is no air conditioning, Celing fans can be instaled if
