1. Is the mosquito spray truck operating? If so, is it spraying the whole area? Is it repeating?
2. Is anybody fishing? Pangueros; Gringos? Is there still a lot of debris in the Sea of Cortez making it a navigation hazzard? Is the sand bar to the
lighthouse filling back in? Where can boats launch?

The sandbar from El Patron/Almeja beachcafe to the lighthouse will eventually fill back in as always, but might take more time than usual. Jimena
moved a lot of real estate.

You can easily launch from the southside donation pier. Just watch a couple of pangas first to determine your path through the deepest channels.
Piece of cake after that...just the odd Winnebago floating out there on the Cortez.

I think all motels/hotels are in operation again except the Hacienda...might be a teardown ...caved-in roofs and balconies. All stores back up with
good inventory. Restaurants are good to go as well.

When you get into the tide slicks and drift lines, there is a lot of stuff floating out there. Some of it holds dorado, some does not. It is
typically that way after a hurricane, as you come up on some really hot looking floating junk islands, you are sure that there is a ton of dorado
hiding there, but because there is so much stuff out in the deep, there may or may not be fish. Temps are still a little screwed up so you have to
look at the Terrafin charts and look for the chlorophyll areas to really find the fish. A little tough but there are some fish out there. Look for
sailfish and Marlin when things cool off a little bit more. If you are fishing with pangueros, you may have a challenge as the fish are a little more
spread and further out than they like right now but that could change almost daily as we are hitting the trasition points.
