Trying to figure out the best way to let the neighbors south of us know that we know the property lines have shifted 10 + feet in El Bajo. anyone
have any ideas about this delicate subject?

First of all, how do you know the property lines have "shifted 10 feet". The property markers out there are often difficult to indenity or not there.
It is also difficult to accurately survey and we have seen discrepancies between surveys of the same parcel. Before you confront a neighbor, I would
be absolutly sure of what the lines are. We also have property in El Bajo and have just recently completed our environmental impact study which
includes an accurate survey of the property that is acceptable to SEMERNAT.
If you do find the lines to be different than what it is marked, it will be an easy matter to talk to the owner and present him with the facts.
Good luck.
