You are still talking VOIP, and its efficiency is based upon the upload speed. Make sure you have adequate upload speed before purchasing.
If on DSL or something similar should be no problem if you are paying for enough band width and speed.

I know Skype isn't a phone but I just started using it and it's fun so far for family and friends. The delay and broken service can be frustrating at
times but heck..... it's FREE!
