Do you have the full Photoshop program? I do not have the full Photoshop, but I do have Elements 7 now. Still learning how to use it---I was not successful in the horizon thing---need to work on it

I have full-blown Photoshop CS3, but I used Microsoft Digital Image Pro 9 to straighten that image. It has an extremely easy straightening routine.
