For anyone who has a Washington state registered car in Baja. Today I got a big surprise. I spend 7500 pesos to get a Notario to sign that I signed
the fact that my car is in Loreto, BCS. I got to the registration office , like 2 years ago, with the paper of the notario proudly in my hand, to be
told that they have a new form I can just sign and state that the car is out of Washington state and no extra pay or anything and I got my new sticker
without having the emission control done. I wasted Pesos 7500 and had not to pay the $15 to get my new license sticker. This is great!!
