I won't be there until next spring. I've been doing massage and acupuncture for the 16 years. In the mean time I only know of one acupuncturist in La
Paz. His office used to be by the weaving factory.
The best way I know to find him is by contacting the Spanish language school "Se Habla La Paz. They know of him and could help you out.
