Lots in Loreto

MitchMan - 11-6-2009 at 11:14 AM

I have six residential lots for sale in a specifically residential neighborhood in Loreto, 2 big corner lots (Lots #8 & #9, 459 sq mt each) and 4 smaller lots (Lots #10, 11, 12, & 13, 240 sq mt each).

The lots are all contiguous and have city services (underground water and sewer, above ground electricity and phone lines). The streets are paved and the lots have a concrete sidewalk. There is quite a bit of new construction in the neighborhood and a nice park one block away and visible from the lots. The lots are in the city of Loreto and are about 8 minutes from the Malecon and the Marina and only about 5 minutes from downtown Loreto and its famous Mission, Our Lady of Loreto.

The pricing for the lots depends on how many lots are purchased. Each lot has an individual price if bought separately, and huge discounts for the more lots that are purchased in one transaction.

The prices are very good and more than competitive in that the prices for the smaller lots are lower than any others on the web for that area, or for that matter, anywhere in Loreto. Each large lot is a corner lot. If a person were to buy the two big lots, they would have the entire end of the block with no one on three sides. Directly across from the big corner lot #8 is a triangular area designated for a public garden.

The detail of the pricing is on the http://www.Baja-Lots.com website together with alot of detail and a video and information on construction and anything and everything you may want to know about Loreto.

These are the best priced lots in all of Loreto.

As a skeptical non-Mexican I would still wonder that considering the awful economy up North, if even these prices are not too high .

No Bajawowodd I would say that they are very resonable.
If I was going to buy property for a House those lots are great because they are "In the community of mexicanos". Good location!
