Thanks for the heads-up. This slime ball needs to be apprehended and put away. I can't understand why they let scum like this make bail.tripledigitken - 11-10-2009 at 10:41 AM
The painted toe nails should give him away.

If he shows up down here, I will take him fishing, nose hook him,
and troll him for 8 or so hours back and forth through the shark
bouy's till I catch something, or until he washes out.
Anybody else wanna go?mike odell - 11-10-2009 at 12:01 PM

At 5' 11" and 125 pounds, there's not enough meat on him for a shark to even take a second look.Barry A. - 11-10-2009 at 12:27 PM
Good job!!! Thanks for posting this----------"they" walk among us, and this posting may reduce the number, eventually.

Hey, I sometimes have my tootsies painted....
For good luck in fishing, of course.
estebanis - 11-10-2009 at 05:05 PM
My wife and her friend painted mine once while I was napping in the salon of the sportfisher I was skippering. I was out cold as it was a hard core
trip with not much sleep going on...
EstebanBajahowodd - 11-10-2009 at 05:15 PM
Interesting to see this devolve into a thread about painting nails. What I don't get, and certainly the page describing the situation doesn't go into
is that we don't know what the bail amount was (obviously forfeited), and whether , just because there was an affordable bail, that the case against
this guy was weak. Just saying that given the allegations, if there was strong evidence, this guy might not have been eligible for bail, or it would
have been an astronomical figure. Just from gleaning the information provided, I'd guess that this was a case of allegation by a minor. We have no
background. It is certainly possibly that this guy is a total dirtbag. I'm just saying that with the facts provided, we really do not know.
Wherever 'it' is...

Just what IS first degree sodomy as opposed to second or third degree sodomy?
Lying in wait? Premeditated?
Oh yeah, and is sodomy actually illegal still in some states?

I still want to know what the case is against him. They obviously put a low enough bail on him that allowed him to flee. Why don't we all let the
justice system work as opposed to assuming this guy is guilty. Anyone out there want to be in the same position? Last time I checked, our system of
jurisprudence provided for innocence until proven guilty. I think you all would want that same consideration.Diver - 11-10-2009 at 07:40 PM

Yes, but he did jump bail and run to Mexico .....
He has the right to a fair trial if he was there.
I'm sure what he will get will be more than fair !!Paulina - 11-10-2009 at 07:40 PM
Estebanis,
I thank you for this posting. I wish that all those reading this thread could print out the FBI notice and post it at the local mercados, mini
mercados, liquor/ heilo stores, hardware, Oxxo, Pemex, etc. You get my point.
Get the word out to the locals that this slime bag might be in the area, preying on their children.
His bail may have been set low enough for him to scramble out of Country, perhaps the judge who set that amount was asleep on the bench. Perhaps he
missed his morning cup of coffee that day. Maybe this gentleman has the bucks to bail his ass out. It's all a crap shoot when it comes down to it.
If he's innocent, why did he run? Send him back to plead his case, to prove his innocence all the while keep the innocent children safe.
My two pesos, and I have more, but I'm sparing you all the details.

If he was/is innocent why run?? Running seems to indicate guilt.bajaguy - 11-10-2009 at 07:44 PM
Generally...........someone in this type of (alleged) criminal activity is not a first time offender......it would be interesting to know his criminal
history.....of course, if he has one.DENNIS - 11-10-2009 at 07:44 PM

Why did he run?
I don't live in a court of law. I make my assumptions and decisions based on my feelings. If not, I'd have to be content with the court decision
that Simpson is innocent.
What do you think about that?Paulina - 11-10-2009 at 08:03 PM
The justice system can't work unless the guy is sent back to face it. Obviously he didn't accept the invitation the first time.
Crime Stoppers is offering a cash reward of as much as $1,000 for information leading to Riley's arrest. Doesn't seem like much of a reward for the
alleged crime, yet his "note" says, Riley wrote in a note to his: "I'm not going to spend time in jail." Plus there is no mention of priors.burnrope - 11-10-2009 at 08:46 PM

My God! It's Senator Lieberman, independent, of the US Senate. He was a candidate for U.S. Vice President under Al Gore.
